Pizza Recipe

Pizza Recipe

Use your favorite toppings (Vegetables and meat Toppings) ...Be creative...














Ingredients

Pizza Dough/Base




  1. All purpose flour/Maida - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Warm water -3/4 cup
  3. Olive oil /Vegatbale oil -2 1/2 tbsp
  4. Dry yeast -1 tsp
  5. Sugar-1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - 3/4 tsp or to taste

Directions

  • Add yeast,sugar and salt to the warm water and stir until it dissolved 
  • Keep it for 10 minutes,let it become creamy
  • Pour 2 tbsp oil to the maida and mix well
  • Pour the yeast liquid slowly to the maida/all purpose flour and mix well 
  • As soon as the mixture is combined,transfer it onto a well floured board and kneed for 10-15 turns,until it become smooth and elastic
  • Pour the 1 tsp oil in a bowl and put the dough into the bowl
  • Coat all sides of the dough with oil 
  • Cover it with a plastic wrap or tea towel
  • Keep the dough in a warm place for 2 hours ,till it become double in size

Topping Ingredients


  1. Bell pepper/Capsicum -1 (cut into small cubed pieces)
  2. Onion - 1 small (cut into medium slices )
  3. Tomato -1 small (thin slices)
  4. Boneless semi fried chicken -1 cup
  5. Tomato ketchup -2 tbsp
  6. Grated mozzarella Cheese - 1 1/2 cup
  7. Chilly flakes - 3 tsp

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degree F (230 degree C)
  • Take the pizza pan and spread some flour in it 
  • Place the pizza dough on the dusted pan and spread it with hand
  • Keep the sides of the spread dough little thicker 
  • Spread the tomato ketchup to the pizza crust
  • Arrange capsicum,onion ,tomato slices and chicken pieces on the dough
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese over the toppings
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven until it become puffed and golden and cheese is completely melted
  • Sprinkle the chilly flakes over the baked pizza
  • Pizza ready....Serve hot...njoy...
