Snap Peas Masala Stir Fry/Avarakkai Masala Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Snap Peas - 2 cup (Finely chopped-very thin)
- Onion -1 cup (Finely chopped)
- Chilly Powder-1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder -1/2 tbsp
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Garam masala -1/4 tsp (Optional)
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and finely chop the snap peas and onion
- Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds ,when it splutters add snap peas and onion and mix well
- Add all spice powders and salt and mix well (Don't add water)
- Cover with a lid and cook for 8- 10 minutes.Stir occasionally
- Remove the lid and cook for 3 minutes and stir in between
- Remove from the fire and serve hot with rice
