Corn Fried Rice/Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Corn Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. Cooked basmati Rice -3 cup
  2. Beans -1 cup
  3. Carrot -1 cup
  4. Sweet corn kernels -1 cup
  5. Onion -1/2 cup
  6. Pepper Powder/Red Chilly flakes-1/2 tbsp
  7. oil - 3 tbsp
  8. Soy Sauce-1 tsp (optional)
  9. Salt to taste

Directions

  • First chop the beans,carrot and onion and keep aside.Cut into
  • In a microwave bowl add chopped beans,carrot and sweet corn kernels 
  • Add 1/4 cup water and cook for about  3 minute
  • Heat the oil in pan and add chopped onion and saute till it became light brown
  • Add the cooked vegetables and mix well
  • Add salt,pepper powder or chilly flakes and saya sauce and mix well and taste it (adjust the salt according to your taste)
  • Mix the cooked rice into the vegetables and mix smoothly
  • Cook for 1-2 minute
  • One final mix ..Our Corn fried rice is ready to serve
Tips: Add 1 tsp lemon juice to the fried rice,it will give you different flavor.
