Egg Dosa/Egg omelete Dosa
Ingredients
- Dosa Batter - 2 cup
- Egg -2
- finely chopped Onion -1
- Green Chilly -2
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- Add the chopped onion,green chilly,salt and the eggs to the dosa batter and mix well
- Spread the batter on the tava /pan as usually you do
- If one side cooked well,flip the dosa and cook on the other side too
- Serve with Chutney or sambar
- Enjoy!!!
