Garam Masala


Ingredients

  1. Cumin seeds-25gm
  2. Fennal     -25gm
  3. Black cumin seeds/shah jeera - 25gm
  4. cardamom -5
  5. cinnamon stick  -1 piece (1 inch length)
  6. Cloves(Gramboo) - 5
  7. Nutmeg(Jathika/Jaiphal)-1
  8. Mace(Jathipathri/Javithri)-25gm
  9. Star Anise (Thakkolam)-1

Directions :

  • Roast all the ingredients lightly except Nutmeg
  • Roast them separately and allow them to cool before grinding
  • Grind it and store it in air tight container for later use.
