Dosa
Ingredients :
- Idly Rice - 3 Cup
- Urad dal -1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Directions :
- Wash the rice and urad dal
- Soak it in water for 4 hours
- Grind it to make a very smooth paste
- Cover the mixture and keep it aside for 8 hours
- Add Salt and mix well
- Heat a non-stick thava
- When it is hot,pour a ladelful of the batter,spread it in circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook one side
- Pour little oil on the edges and inside the dosa
- When it is crispy,(turn the other side-optional) fold it and and keep it in the serving plate
- Serve with chatney/Sambar.
