Dosa

Dosa

Ingredients :

  1. Idly Rice - 3 Cup
  2. Urad dal  -1 cup
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Salt to taste

Directions :

  • Wash the rice and urad dal 
  • Soak it in water for 4 hours
  • Grind it to make a very smooth paste
  • Cover the mixture and keep it aside for 8 hours
  • Add Salt and mix well
  • Heat a non-stick thava
  • When it is hot,pour a ladelful of the batter,spread it in circular motion to make a thin dosa and cook one side
  • Pour little oil on the edges and inside the dosa
  • When it is crispy,(turn the other side-optional) fold it and and keep it in the serving plate
  • Serve with chatney/Sambar.
